An amazing night was had earlier this week when CASA has the opportunity to be a part of the Perth Design Week this year.
A big thank you toPerth Design Week for the opportunity and to OMA and UniFor for helping us host the event!
Diversity and equity are a powerful catalyst for positive change both professionally and creatively in the Architectural world. After reading the recent Australian Institute of Architects diversity and inclusion survey report, we were motivated to understand both the accomplishments and gaps within our profession and what we can do to better facilitate an inclusive workplace.
Five of the CASA team, along with Isaac McCormack and Stephanie Alama Chavez, discussed the future of architecture, the goals and barriers of inclusion and diversity within our industry, and the positive changes we can bring to the architectural world.
Congrats to all of our team who shared a snippet of their architectural journey so far. We hope that anyone who joined us enjoyed the conversation; we know we did!
We can't wait for next year!
